MainStreet Fund Co is a marketing and lead-generation service for business-purpose financing. We are not a lender and we do not make credit decisions. We connect business owners with independent third-party funding providers.

- Information you provide: business name, your name, phone number, email address, industry, approximate monthly revenue, time in business, requested funding amount, and whether you have a business bank account.
- Automatically collected: IP address, browser/device information (user agent), the page you arrived on, and referral/campaign parameters in the link you clicked.
How we use your information
- To match your business with third-party funding providers and share your request with them so they can contact you about funding options.
- To contact you about your request by phone, text message, and email — including through automated technology — if you gave consent on the form. Consent is not a condition of any purchase, and message/data rates may apply.
- To operate, measure, and improve our marketing.
- To keep records of consent as required by law.
How we share your information
When you submit the form, your information is shared with one or more independent funding providers, brokers, or their service companies so they can evaluate your request and contact you. We may also share information with service providers that help us operate this site, and when required by law.
We do not sell consumer data for unrelated purposes. Your submission is used for the business-funding purpose you requested.
Opting out
- Calls/texts: tell any caller you wish to stop being contacted, or reply STOP to text messages.
- Email: use the unsubscribe link in any email, or contact us below.
- Data deletion: email us and we will delete your submission from our records and notify partners we shared it with.
Data retention & security
We retain submissions for as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal record-keeping obligations (including proof of consent). Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and stored on access-controlled servers.
Not for consumers under 18 / not consumer credit
Our services are for business owners seeking business-purpose financing and are not directed to individuals under 18 or to consumer-credit needs.
