1. What we do — and what we don't
MainStreet Fund Co is a lead-generation and marketing service. We are not a lender, broker of consumer credit, or financial advisor. We do not make funding decisions, set rates, or guarantee approval, amounts, or time to funding. When you submit a request, we forward it to independent third-party funding providers who may contact you directly. Any funding agreement is solely between you and the provider — review its terms carefully before signing.
2. Business-purpose financing only
Products discussed on this Site, including merchant cash advances and similar working-capital products, are for business purposes only and are not consumer loans. You represent that any request you submit is on behalf of a business you are authorized to represent, and that the funding is for business use.
3. Consent to be contacted
By submitting the form with the consent box checked, you authorize MainStreet Fund Co and its funding partners to contact you at the phone number and email you provided — including by autodialer, prerecorded voice, and text message — about funding options. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You can revoke consent at any time (reply STOP to texts, tell any caller, or email us).
4. Accuracy of information
You agree the information you submit is truthful and accurate. Funding providers rely on it for initial matching and will verify details (including revenue and bank information) before any offer.
5. No guarantee; no advice
Statements on this Site about amounts ("$10K–$500K"), timing ("as little as 24 hours"), or approval odds describe typical provider programs, not promises for your business. Nothing on this Site is financial, legal, or tax advice.
6. Intellectual property & acceptable use
Site content is owned by MainStreet Fund Co or its licensors. You agree not to misuse the Site — no scraping, automated submissions, false information, or interference with its operation.
7. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MainStreet Fund Co is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or from dealings with any funding provider.
